A versatile pattern

I made it with a smaller, softer yarn than the pattern called for to give it drape and softness. As written it was a little too stiff for my taste. It lends itself to many color combinations and is a pretty unique look for a cowl. I'd made something similar, Moroccan Tiles pattern, into a tote a few years ago but never thought to make a wearable with it. I'll be using it again!

I'm new at it so

I'm new at it so it takes some practice to crochet with different thickness throughout the skein. Luckily I was able to a hook that size since I didn't receive my whole package.
