Crochet: 

Row 7: Repeat rows 1-4

Row 11: Repeat rows 4,3, then 2

Row 12: Repeat rows 1-4

Row 13 Repeat rows 8-9

Row 16: Repeat rows 14, 9, 8, 4, 3, 2, then 1.

Delete row 17-24

Repeat rows 2-16 until desired length is reached.
