DIY Boho Earrings

Step 1

Gather Materials

• Yarn & Ribbon 3 Color Sample Cards
• Scissors
• Earring hooks
• Jump rings (10 mm and 2 mm)
• Pliers (to open jump rings)
• Tape measure (Optional)

Step 2

Wrap the ribbon yarn around your fingers 4 times. (You can also use the tape measure to decide how long you want your tassel strings to be).

Step 3

Cut the yarn, and you will have created 4 strings.

Step 4

Separate strings into 2 groups. One group for each earring.

Step 5

Repeat with remaining colors. You should have 2 groups of 6 strings each, with 3 different colors.

Step 6

Pull one group of yarn thru a 10 mm rump ring, and place it in the middle.

Step 7

Using more yarn, tie a know at the top to create the tassel.

Step 8

Cut the tips of the yarn that was created when doing the knot, to make it look better.

Step 9

Using the pliers, open the smaller jump ring. You can help yourself with a jump ring opener.

Step 10

Insert bigger jumping from tassel, into smaller jump ring.

Step 11

Insert earring hook into smaller jump ring, and then close it.

Step 12

Repeat for second earring.
