Darn Right as always!!!

Darn Good Yarn never ceases to amaze and far exceeded any expectations. Just like their yarn, the patterns I purchased are awesome! They are very well written, beautifully formatted with amazing pictures and helpful hints. I actually had trouble on my end, opening up a zip file. It took one email explains my issue and Chloe from customer service took the time to painstakingly create pdf's of about 12 patterns that she sent in multiple emails. I know how time consuming and what a pain that is and then knowing she didn't even have to do anything for me but she went above and beyond! This company is amazing... From their yarns, to their mission statement... To delivery and customer service. I'm blown away by Darn good yarns. The complete package! Now, I think I want a Sari skirt! That's next on my list. Everything I've purchased from them had been of the best quality and they treat you like family should you need them! I wish them all the success and hope that they will continue on with how they are doing things. I've bragged to everyone I know about Darn Good Yarn! You will not be "Sari" (haha, see what I did there) if you support and purchase anything knowing you are not only getting a great product, excellent customer service but most importantly, doing good in a world where so many choose the bottom line...
